BBQ Competition + Pitmaster Academy
BBQ Blaze combines a fiery BBQ competition with a BBQ fundamentals class and demostration from one of our pitmasters. Throw in food and music, and this is a festival for the whole community!
For the competition, we provide the proteins. Teams bring their grills and special seasonings. Base leaders select the winners through blind judging. The winning team takes home the Jack Daniels barrelhead!
Our Pitmaster Academy takes your attendees on an unforgettable culinary journey as we sample salsa; chicken wings; pork tenderloin; beef ribeye; artichoke hearts; and banana pudding!

BBQ Jam combines great food with BBQ fundamentals instruction from one of our experienced pitmasters!
Our team prepares 500 Championship BBQ baskets (BBQ sandwich, chips & drink), with the option for more.
Through our Pitmaster Academy, we demonstrate BBQ fundamentals including chicken, beef, pork and vegetables, while emphasizing food safety, tools, and smart purchasing.

Pitmaster Academy is a 2.5-hour BBQ fundamentals class and demonstration offering tips & tricks to take your BBQ to the next level!
Learn food safety, best practices, tools, and grilling techniques from some of the best pitmasters in the world.
Our culinary dee-lights include chargrilled salsa; chicken wings; pork tenderloin; beef ribeye; artichoke hearts; and our famous banana pudding!

Spirits Tasting
Savor! is a spirits tasting experience from our friends at Jack Daniels and AAFES.
New in 2024, participants have the opportunity to sample Brown-Forman spirits including bourbon, gin, tequila and wine.
Paired with olives and cherries from Stonewall Kitchen, pause to savor and expand your palette!
